Shipping policy

Shipping policy:
When selecting shipping during checkout, the shipping time is from when the item is packed and fulfilled at our warehouse, once the order is picked up by the shipping carrier, NOT from the time the order was placed. Our warehouse and fulfillment staff works diligently to get orders out in a timely manner, however, we are still humans and need some time to pick and pack your orders to get ready for shipping. Normally, most items will leave our warehouse same day (depending on what time your order is placed), but depending on the volume of orders that come in it could take up to 2-3 days to leave our warehouse. Unfortunately, we are not Amazon and cannot get all orders out within minutes of a order being placed. We work very hard to get your orders out as fast as we can, so please have patience especially during holiday seasons, or during a new item drop where we will experience higher than normal order volume.
